Forest Hills Inn, locally known as "The Inn", has been the original neighborhood bar and grille in Southeast Grand Rapids for 40 years.

In the 1920`s it began as a gas station with a window for take-out sandwiches.  This eventually evolved into a tiny restaurant called "Tut & Dots".  In 1961 the restaurant was purchased by Warrren Blanchard and re-named to Forest Hills Inn.  After many years and several additions, a new building was built in 1986, which is the present restaurant.

And now, in 2009 another era begins.  Local resident Jeff Lobdell, who owns a number of successful restaurants in Grand Rapids and West Michigan, has purchased Forest Hills Inn.  The plans are in the works for various changes and updates that will only continue to enhance the great history and tradition of "The Inn"!
